FREE BRIGHTON GIG! Come and join us!

This Thursday we are at The Latest Music Bar, presenting 3 of Brighton's top artists for the Brighton Live showcase., FREE music for the city!

The Moulettes

The Moulettes are a folk-stomping barn-storming swingin’ quintet: An orchestra of absurdity featuring cello, bassoon, guitars, violin, viola, autoharp, kazoo, trombone, drums & 5-part harmonies! Their songs are narrative driven alliterative epics of depravity, decadence and delirious devastation, and they deliver a rollicking, resounding live set when called upon.

The Adventurists

Less of a band, more of a collaboration of two solo performers, The Adventurists utilise Celtic Harp, Double Bass, Steel pan, homemade drum kits and electric & acoustic guitars to bring their songs and stories to life. W

ith a shared desire to take each night as it comes, and each with a wealth of material, The Adventurists, Daniel Clark (The Hat) and Sam Walker, are renowned for creative approach to performance and bringing music to different crowds, i.e. their solar powered performance and cycle tour around the Isle of Wight earlier this year!

Expect an evening of musical magic, sonorous spoken word, performance swapping and off the cuff tomfoolery with maverick modern storytelling and multi-instrumental songsmithery. With a trunkful of instruments, two unruly voices and you the audience, a different show every night is guaranteed!

Cate Ferris

Brighton based talent, best known for fronting Afterspark, Cate Ferris has set out on her own solo mission which promises to be a dazzling as her bands former work. Magical bluesy songs sung with an incredible voice. Folk and dark soul lie at the heart of her sound.

ENTRY IS FREE!! See you down there!!
