Bridgette Amofah
The Times named her as the female artist to watch out for this year. Bridgette has been part of the OneTaste family since the beginnings up in the Tavistock room of The Bedford. What a musical journey she’s been on in that time. Entering yet another incredible phase in her musical direction, come and see a set that you perhaps have never seen Bridgette play before (unless you saw her play the festival). Mind-blowing may be a word to describe it. Fresh of tour fronting Oi Va Voi, Bridgette is now concentrating on her solo material and coming to play with us on our birthday!

Stac
Lush harmonies gallore and the odd gorgeously deliberate note clash thrown in for good measure. Stac writes jazzy, soulful and sometimes uncomprehendably intricate tunes that leave hear audience beaming.
Michael Kiwanuka

We listen to Michael’s music and it makes us feel so good. It’s classic, classic like Otis, classic like Bill… Blessed with an incredible voice full of warmth and soul, Michael’s set is going to be the perfect set for OneTaste’s 5th Birthday and Christmas celebrations. Just take a listen to his myspace to know what we mean.
Byron Vincent
From surreal punk rock disquisition about the socialist inclinations of the Smurfs to astutely acerbic examinations of the fraying tapestry of British culture. Byron Vincent’s oratory fuses comedy, poetry and doe eyed bewilderment to create a unique and entertaining spoken word experience. He also does a rather fine haiku about Elton John’s preferred choice of salad.
Andy Craven-Griffiths
Born and bred in Leicester, Andy is the middle child of seven and always had to fight for attention. He started writing out of anger and carried on because he loved saying things and liked it when people listened. Andy’s poetry is witty, astute and sentimental all in one. His poetry possesses a natural charm and an insight. He’s also John Berkavitch’s brother!

OneTaste Choir
Sassy soul loveliness! Now a 17 voice, girl choir, OneTaste started in 2007 with Mae McKenna leading the ensemble. The newly regrouped choir will be singing with Stac and then breaking out to do some Christmas jingles just for you!
