Alex Gwyther

Surrey based wordsmith and aspiring children’s writer Alex Gwyther’s Hip Hop influenced poetical prose covers short stories and poems about everyday life … and the little bits in between.

A graduate in Creative Writing and Drama and a proud owner of a 2,000m swimming badge, he loves a row on the weekend in SW6, can’t wait to draw Milwall in the cup and is buzzing about making his debut performance for ‘OneTaste’

“When someone has raw skill and a self awareness that makes it natural you can’t really touch them. Alex has two big bags of both. Ace’  -  Polarbear

Miss Jo Williams

She feels fabulous when she’s singing her everything out.

She performs solo with her nylon string guitar as Miss Jo Williams, telling personal and often comical stories of her life.

Influenced by many varied and brilliant artists such as Dolly Parton, Harry Belafonte, Suzanne Vega, Bjork Jonny Cash etc… She’s toured across the country and plays often in London and you may recognise this lovely lady as the singer in David Goo’s variety band!

Inua Ellams

Inua Ellams is a Word & Graphic Artist currently residing in London. Born in Nigeria, ’84, he quickly fell in love with visual art and worked solely in this field until he started writing in ’02.

Constantly striving to merge the disciplines, his work in both fields is known for its unashamed beauty and attention to detail.

Mechanical Bride

Mechincal Bride is the beautiful work of artist Lauren Doss, a young girl from surburbia, buried deep in the perversion of music, all things bright and beautiful, all creatures great and small… delicately experimental, folk/electro that is at once haunting, yet charged with beauty.

First spotted singing with Larrikin Love, Transgressive Records signed her after just hearing one 80 second a cappella called Chapel. Mechanical Bride will be making her debut at OneTaste this October.

Liam Bailey

Liam Bailey writes raw acoustic blues and soul music with spirit.

Hailing from Nottingham, he has a particular knack for writing addictive tunes that refuse to let you out of their grasp and force you to embrace them back.

Possessing the melodies and vocals of a wise soul, Liam will be capturing us with material taken from his debut album, soon to be released on Polydor Records.
