Thank you to Charlie and everyone who came to this illuminating evening! It was so inspirational to hear the science and philosophy behind this amazing practice and to learn that anyone can do it. I had a semi lucid dream the very night that we did the workshop! I had a dream that I was lucid dreaming, which is one step away from lucidity itself! Very excited.
We’ll run another one soon for those of you that missed it and will host a Lucid Dreaming Part 2 in a few months time for those of you that want to go deeper!

Workshop starts at 7pm so please arrive at 6.45pm
We are holding their 2nd workshop at The Book Club and this one is particularly special. This workshop will teach you how to wake up in your dreams! Charlie Morley is a Lucid Dreaming teacher and practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism specialising in the use of both Western Lucid Dreaming and Tibetan Dream Yoga techniques.
Charlie held his first workshop with us at the OneTaste Festival in November 2009. The room was packed and everyone loved it and had great results from following the techniques, so we asked him to come back to present a more in depth workshop on this subject.
Through learning how to lucid dream we can learn not only how to wake up in our dreams but also how to wake up in our lives as we begin to integrate our dream practice into the path of both spiritual and psychological awakening. Charlie teaches this practice all over the world and is one of the youngest teachers in the UK to be authorised to teach Lucid Dreaming in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
From 7-11pm Charlie’s workshop will include an overview of the history, science and practice of lucid dreaming from both the Western psychological and Tibetan Buddhist traditions, but the main emphasis will be placed on learning “how to lucid dream” through a variety of scientifically proven techniques.
