In this special one off OneTaste Workshop, best-selling author of Lucid Living, Tim Freke teams up with international lucid dreaming specialist, Charlie Morley, to explore ground-breaking new ideas around waking up in our dreams and everyday lives!
We sleep for a third of our lives. Lucid Dreaming allows us to make use of that time and gives us the tools to train our minds, re-program our habits and to enter into a friendship with every aspect of our psyches, all while we’re sound asleep.

Have just listened to you for the first time. Thank you for your clarity, wisdom and generosity and encouragement to begin to remember my dreams and move towards lucid dreaming. I read an article about 30 years ago about a tribe who practised lucid dreaming and never forgot it – wish I knew their name. Thank you again for your videos. Val – 75 years old!
