Well, I started with OneTaste way back when, when it was called Nii – nearly seven years ago in the Tavistock Room up in the eves of The Bedford in Balham…and my how time certainly has flown by… *whoosh*!

From starting off as the policewoman / battleaxe / nazi guard of the door, letting in our putters (but only if they’ve paid and have a stamp!) to experience an amazing event, I now also create and manage the day to day promotions of our OneTaste events via our website, Facebook, Myspace & Twitter pages, from the regular shows to the big all out headlining festivals and showcases.  This also includes one off shows we put on at venues such as the Jazz Cafe, Hyde Park, our Festival tours and of course that outstanding show at KOKO! As well our own Annual all day OneTaste Festivals…!!

OneTaste has grown into the most amazingly renowned music and spoken word collectives, with an ever expanding family of wonderfully eclectic artists who we’ve supported and helped catapult into the spotlight they deserve: Jamie Woon, Portico Quartet, Newton Faulkner, Little Dragon, Tawiah, Scroobius Pip, Polarbear, Jono McCleery, Wallis Bird, Beth Rowley…to name just a few!

I feel awfully privileged to be able to be a part of it all and long may it last…
