Thank you for Sunday!

Thankyou to everyone that came to The Bedford on Sunday! It was a wonderful night! YouTube videos and Flickr photo galleries have been created for us all to relive the Spring experience. Bridgette, Ross, Dockers, Parky and Goo brought a serious amount of springtime joy to the occasion. We asked the OT audience to write a spring limerick and poem during the show and the best one would win a years free pass to OneTaste! We are publishing all of the poems last night on this very website in a short while! Meanwhile, here’s the WINNER of the competition Georgie Davey, with this brilliant little number:

There once was a woman from blighty
Who would run through the streets in her nighty
On the first day of Spring
She’d announce with a grin,
“I feel so vibrant and flighty!
Like a flower unfurling my petals,
A rose seducing a bee,
This glorious springtime enthralls me
I will blossom and one day be free!
I’m a petal, a bud, a collection of leaves,
I’m delightful and fragrant and fruity,
I shall strip off my layers and run through the town
and display my delectable booty!
Come hither mister bumble bee
Come drink my sweet spring sap
And in pollen-dusted reverie,
Explore my honey trap”
